We are a Kansas City based craft beverage consulting group that focuses on events, education, brand activation and bar development. With over forty years combined experience in the beverage and hospitality industry, it is our true focus to help elevate the beverage culture in Kansas City.
Collectively, we have over 40 years in the restaurant and bar industry. It's our true passion to help facilitate cocktail menus for leading bar programs, develop staff education and training. With over 10 years experience executing craft cocktails in high volume, as well as intimate settings, we enjoy cranking out thousands of cocktails for large scale events, and also designing "His & Hers" cocktails for receptions. We have experience with spirits and wine, craft beer, bar design and more.
Schulte has played a significant role in driving Kansas City’s thriving cocktail culture, including leading bar roles at M&S Grill, Manifesto, The Drum Room and Providence New American Kitchen.
Most recently, he was the head bartender for The Rieger. His accolades include 2015 Diageo World Class Competition Finalist, Bacardi Legacy Regional Finalist, winner of the 2016 Paris of the Plains national bartending competition, and national finalist in the Bombay Sapphire/GQ Most Inspired Bartender Competition in 2010, 2014 and 2016. He is a semi-finalist in the Heaven Hill Bartender of the Year 2019.
Brock is currently the Bar Director for The Monarch Cocktail Bar & Lounge, located on the Country Club Plaza.
Erica Schulte has spent most of her industry career focused on marketing, social media and craft beer, but has now dipped into the spirits industry working full-time for J. Rieger & Co. distillery in Kansas City as the Director of Sales and Brand Activation. She has previously been a corporate trainer for larger companies such as Yard House and Flying Saucer. Her passion in educating the industry reflects how Liquid Minded Concepts develops individually tailored consulting projects. She has organized over 100 charitable functions and large scale events.
Cohrs has perfected his skill in over a decade in the industry, most recently as the lead bartender at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar.
Previously, Cohrs has contributed his talents to prominent bars throughout the city, including Manifesto and Café Trio, and has held leadership roles with the United States Bartenders' Guild Kansas City chapter.
Kenny currently is the Parlour Manager at The Monarch Cocktail Bar & Lounge, located on the Country Club Plaza.
