ABOUT FOUNTAIN CITY ICE
In 2017, Nationally recognized bartender Brock Schulte founded Liquid Minded Commissary in Kansas City, producing clear cocktail ice for his London-style bar, The Monarch Bar. What became a premium product for this high-end cocktail bar, became a family-owned operation supplying clear ice to over 20 bars and restaurants in the Kansas City metro area, now known as Fountain City Ice. FCI has now expanded into a commissary kitchen, producing over 20,000 pounds of ice a month, fresh citrus and syrups for bars. Fountain City Ice will be coming to your local retailer in Fall 2020.
