Fountain City® Ice is a locally-owned company based in Kansas City, MO offering a full commissary kitchen, producing over 30,000 pounds of clear, custom ice every month. Fountain City® Ice also offers fresh citrus and syrups for bars and restaurants.

- ABOUT US -
Fountain City® Ice has 3 Clinebell machines in-house. These machines allow ice to be directionally frozen into 300lb blocks, pushing out all of the impurities. This creates crystal clear ice blocks that will then be hand-carved into cubes.
​
Fountain City® Ice also has a Hoshizaki sphere machine, 1 of only 7 in the United States. Hoshizaki is the leading food and beverage equipment manufacturer in the world. This machine produces 1.8" spheres.
​
Fountain City® Ice filters all the water for producing ice and fresh syrups via a
4-phase filtration system through Carbon and Coconut husk.
